Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Here’s what you need to know about returns and refunds:

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of your order delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To start a return, email us at hola@hues.nyc with your order number and details. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues:

Each item is inspected before it ships, but if something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hola@hues.nyc within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We’ll work with you to make it right—offering a replacement, exchange, or refund based on availability.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it may take your bank or credit card provider a few additional days to process the refund.

Exchanges:

If you’d like an exchange, the fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
